Spring Applied Clutches

This stationary field spring applied tooth clutch is designed to operate both dry and in oil. Bearings used are sealed, permanently lubricated and do not require a grease fitting like some competitive clutches. Many options are available.

• Bore sizes from 0.5 to 4.25”
• Static torque from 20 to 2600 lb-ft
• 1400 to 3500 RPM max speed

Spring Applied Tooth Clutch Couplings integrate an SETC clutch with a factory aligned sleeve and output hub for a prefabricated “mount and run” solution. The SECC design dramatically simplifies application design complexity and reduces installation time.

• 4.5″ to 10.6″ diameter; 3.8″ to 8.6” length
• Bore sizes from 0.8″ to 2.9″
• Static torque from 80 to 2600 lb-ft
• 1400 to 2500 RPM max speed
