Description

This rotating field tooth clutch is designed to operate both dry and in oil. No bearings are used. Current is supplied to the magnet body coil through an electrical brush and slip ring. (Grounding is accomplished internally through the magnet body to the machine shaft.) Many options are available.

Description

Stationary Field Tooth Clutches operate both dry and in oil. Sealed bearings are permanently lubricated eliminating the need for grease fittings and maintenance.

Description

Stationary Field Tooth Clutch Couplings integrate an SFTC clutch with a factory aligned sleeve and output hub for a prefabricated “mount and run” solution. The STCC design dramatically simplifies application design complexity and reduces installation time.

Wall Mount Tooth Clutches are a stationary field design with comparable performance to SFTC models, except they eliminate the use of bearings — making them ideally suited for high speed applications above 3600 RPM.
